As our whole family is traveling, I was searching high and low for a reputable and good hotel that I can trust. I chanced upon Petopia on the web and was totally impressed when I went to check the place out. The team received me with a very warm and sincere welcome!

I was impressed with the high standards of hygiene, the place is neat and clean, as if I have arrived at a high-end pet boutique in Tokyo. They are Very professional and the place totally does not reek of the bad doggie odour typically encountered with other shops. There’s this alluring fragrance of essential oil in the air; the ambience exuded is welcoming and relaxing. Petopia really lives up to the name of being a Pet Spa. They even pay attention to the products being sold, only recommending organic raw food, holistic shampoos etc. Everything that was planned tells us they are genuinely concerned and thoughtful for our beloved companions.

Thus far, I’m very happy with the service rendered by their team and we can sense the drive and passion Marcus and Richard has in running their business. The love and care displayed when handling Teddie got me convinced that this is the only place I would send my Teddie to. Needless to say, I am now Petopia’s regular customer and I confidently recommend anyone who wants great ease of mind, to send your furbies there to be pampered by their dedicated team.”
