The team at Petopia was simply wonderful and our hearts were really at rest during the period we were away.
This was such a relief to us because we were concerned about how Joy (with her background as an abused dog), would cope with being in kennels.
Joy wasn’t caged or confined and she was free to roam freely and had her own Suite!
She could not have been in better hands and she came home happy. She settled in at home very well when she returned home!
Being able to check in on her via webcam was also very helpful to us. We did so at least twice a day!
You guys really gave us peace of mind

When I first visited Petopia, I was surprised to find such a cosy and friendly environment.
The staff are helpful and friendly, the place is clean and there is no presence of any pet odour unlike other dog boarding places.
I am very impressed with the staff service provided and I can feel the concern that they truly have for each and every dog that is placed with them.
During Spotty’s check in, I can see that most of the dogs are left to roam freely in the area with loads of attention given.
I am also very pleased with the attention that Petopia paid to Spotty as I gave special instrutions after working hours.
In conclusion, I feel that Petopia is really a top notch pet hotel service provider that is worth paying for.
