- Confirmation of hotel stay is based on full payment of hotel charges.
- 20-day stay need not be utilised consecutively. Balance of package is valid for 9 months from first day of stay.
- 20-day stay can be shared among animal companions in the same household.
- Stay in premium medium or large room is subject to the breed and number of animal companions.
