Went into Petopia’s website and I’m quite impressed with the Spa services they offered and decided to bring Kiki for a try. First impression was very welcoming and there was like a mini orientation tour around the place.

Since it’s an open concept, I can see how they groom the dogs. I am quite particular about this as I’m not comfortable with “what’s going to happen to my dog behind the doors” if I can’t see them. I’m sure some may have heard of horror stories about animals being mishandled during grooming. Therefore, an open concept will ensure that your pet is well taken care of when there are so many pairs of eyes watching.

Kiki has since been a regular of Petopia for the past 1 year. She usually goes for a full groom + microbubble bath or Clay Pack Infra-red Therapy treatment. I’m pleased with the results as she smells really good after the session and her coat is smooth and silky!

Sometimes after the grooming, you get to see some little surprises when the stylist puts on little accessories like hair clip or chocker which is really cute!”
