“I first came across Petopia in September 2010 and was fascinated by their unique spa services for dogs. I remembered being amazed by the environment and the facilities when I went down to Petopia at Seletar Hills for a review and consultation for the very first time. It was sparkling clean and it gave me a sense of serenity (I sort of wish I was the one going for a spa.) I asked a ton of questions regarding the spa services and Petopia’s representatives readily replied every single one of my queries.
I occasionally send my darling pet dachshund Piggy in for spa services targeting his skin issues and I love it when he comes home smelling delicious after the microbubble bath. Petopia offers daycare services for busy working adults like myself. My Piggy is really quite an anti-social dog when it comes to socializing with fellow canine friends, however after ‘enrolling’ Piggy into the consecutive daycare programme (3 times a week), he is so much livelier, friendlier and he actually played chase with his fellow daycare ‘canine petopians’. (I swear I wanted to shed tears of joy)…
Petopia trains their staff to handle pets of all characteristics and Piggy actually recognizes specific staff members after a few weeks in daycare and this gives him a sense of security, in return he loves and enjoys their companionship. The best thing about Petopia is their transparency. CCTVs are installed in the playrooms, thus making it possible to catch a glimpse of Piggy on my smart phone when I am out and about. Not to mention I absolutely adore their ultra friendly mascots, Oscar, Nash, Emma, Freya and Ginger.
I believe that Petopia is a place where pets are pampered and a place where the staffs genuinely care about the animals. It is a place where pets can feel at home away from home. Thumbs UP!
P.S Petopia staff are the best, who pays impeccable attention to detail. As Piggy suffers from atopy and is allergic to grass, I know the amount of effort Petopia staff puts in when they bring him out for walks. Special thanks – especially to Richard.”
