“I was curious when I saw a new pet-related business set up near my home. Went in to have a look and was pleasantly surprised by the very nice atmosphere and friendly staff in cute uniforms.
Petopia, unlike many other groomers, has a much better environment not only for the animal but for the owner too. The boarding service is also excellent with aircon rooms for our precious pooches and webcam to view them when they are boarded there. So far, I’ve sent all my 4 pets (2 dogs and 2 cats) for grooming and the service has been great. My pets get picked up and sent back looking much happier. There were no signs of any stress unlike the other places where I’ve sent my pets previously.
I can also feel that the staff there are genuinely in love with animals and truly care for them. Although I haven’t been able to attend any of the events organised by Petopia, I am glad to see that they are more than just a pets spa/groomer. That they help to raise awareness on animal-related issues as well as for the Japan Tsunami disaster is commendable.
Also thanks to Petopia, my sister-in-law managed to find a new home for her corgi Schummi whom she was unable to care for. Schummi is with a new family who loves him now.

“I came to know about Petopia a year ago when I was frantically looking for a Good and Hygienic Pet Spa for my 11 year old wire fox terrier, Beemer.
There weren’t many spa salons for animals in Singapore and even if there was one,the entire package did not fit my criteria. I checked out Petopia’s website and browsed through the products, services and pictures. Everything was perfect and fits what I wanted!
I made an appointment with Petopia and had a talk with Marcus. Beemer has very bad skin problem when he is stressed up and he would smell even though he was showered regularly. Marcus gave us lots of advice, from feeding to the steps of spa services which Beemer required. What a lucky dog Beemer is!
I was even more impressed when he gave us a tour of the salon. I could see Beemer’s face looking so happy when he walked around in Petopia. It was the smirkest look I ever seen on him. The spa service took about 2 hours and when we came back to pick Beemer up, Wow!…his skin pores were so much nicer than before and he did not have body odour for the next 2 weeks!
We do visit Petopia once in a while despite our busy lifestyle, often looking forward to unique stuff selling in their shop. One thing I love about Petopia is that they bring items that are not commonly found in regular pet shops. Thank you Petopia for giving Beemer and us assurance and confidence in your salon!
