“When I first stepped into Petopia, I was amazed with the cleanliness and layout of the shop. There was no bad odour found in most of the grooming shops. Most importantly, grooming area and equipment looks clean and tidy.

I had booked an appointment to let EnEn try out the spa service as she has a skin condition. Being a former groomer, I was quite skeptical of the spa services offered but I thought there is no harm trying.

Marcus was very meticulous in explaining to me the different spa services that Petopia offers. He also gave very good advice on EnEn’s diet, which is a possible cause of her skin condition.

After the first spa session, I could see tremendous improvement on Enen’s skin. She scratched much less and remain odour-free for one week. Normally her skin problem brings about a strong stench the next day, even after a bath. Subsequently I brought EnEn back for a few more sessions and I must say her skin condition is now so much better. She always comes home a happier dog after the treatments.

I must say that I comfortably leave my EnEn with them without fear of her being hit by impatient groomers as I noticed that they do not schedule more dogs than they can handle in a day, allowing each groomer ample time and dedicated attention on every dog.

And the Customer Service is excellent!! Marcus and Richard never fail to make me feel welcome and always make good recommendation and give sound advice on pet products.

Petopia definitely lives up to its name as Singapore’s Finest Centre for Holistic Pet Wellness!”
