I used to send my Westie Jas, to another pet grooming store which is quite well-known to many dog-owners. However, due to their space constraint, I do have my concerns on the hygiene and condition of the holding pens in their store.
Furthermore, most groomers do not allow pet owners to stay around for fear of distacting their dogs during the grooming sessions.
Jas is my first dog and naturally, I would hope to give her the best in terms of grooming and her health care. I first came across Petopia, being featured in a magazine article and I contemplated sending Jas for a grooming session. I feel that some feature writers tend to pitch their stories in an overstated way, so in order to avoid being disappointed, I’ve done my homework online and had actually asked owners for feedback on their experiences with Petopia.
The positive feedback I’ve gathered encouraged me to go ahead and book Jas’ first grooming session and to date, I’ve never regretted my decision to continue sending her for grooming sessions with Petopia.
From the moment you are at the doorway, you’ll be greeted by the ever-hyperactive mascots! It is always a cheerful sight to see, all of them rushing to greet us at the door. We were brought on a detailed tour around the Centre on our first appointment and even a sit-through session with Marcus on the services provided by Petopia.
In addition, I am always impressed by how spacious the centre is as well as the cleanliness of the area. There is no odour at all and the staff is always around to assist with a bright smile and is attentive to our needs. I love the huge see-through grooming arena, which allow owners to have a transparent view of how the team groom our pets.
