“I came across Petopia when I was researching online for pet boarding for my very timid chihuahua. I was due to go for a 2 week holiday and wanted to find a place where I could leave my pet with ease of mind. Many places I explored did not fit the bill as they kept the big and small dogs together.

When I came across Petopia’s website, I was intrigued by their concept of a hotel for pets. I dropped by that very day and was taken around by Richard who gave me a very comprehensive tour of the premises. I was very impressed with the place and the professionalism of the staff. What sealed the deal for me was that every room had a web cam and I was able to view my dog on my iPhone or computer whereever I am in the world! Needless to say, I signed up straight away.

Since then I have boarded my dogs (I have 3 now) with them every time I travelled. I can rest easy as I know they are always well-looked after and fussed over. I would confidently recommend Petopia’s pet boarding to anyone. Your dogs will be well-looked after and you will be able to enjoy your holiday without any worries.

I have also signed my dogs for grooming there as I love how the staff there handle the dogs. They are always gentle and very patient. This is very important for me as my chihuahuas are very timid and nervous. In particular, they hate having their nails clipped and ears cleaned. But the staff have always been very gentle and will slowly coax my dogs. I have never seen any of the staff lose their cool, not even when one of my naughty girls pooped on them while getting her nails cut!”
