“We had to send Yuki to a pet hotel for 6 weeks as my wife and I were headed overseas. I had several checks and scoured the web for reviews on the different options available. This was because our darling Yuki had previously stayed in a couple of different hotels and she did not like it.

Finally, I found Petopia and headed there to check it out. Everyone there were extremely friendly and helpful, which put my mind at ease. Yuki is a very naughty girl, besides having sensitive skin and being anti-social. They assured me that they would monitor her carefully and also had a webcam for us to see her while we were overseas! That was cool! They also noted down her special requirements.

Throughout my trip, I could view how Yuki was doing as the setup for the webcam was also straight forward, which is important for the less IT savvy amongst us.

I popped down for a quick visit in between trips and found Yuki to be happy there. She was very clean and more importantly, very well adjusted, walking around the compound just like she would do at home. She also got along well with the other dogs there, which is very unlike her.

While there, she clearly got attached to the place. My wife tells me when she went to pick her up, she had a hard time finding her and finally saw her in the arms of Freddy, one of the employees there.

Overall, I cannot praise Petopia enough, and I’m a fussy customer.
