One day after my disappointing polytechnic results came out, I headed straight home and into my room to hide in a corner. I could not hold my tears and they just came out without stopping. Out of nowhere, Rex came beside me. He already sensed that things were wrong as I would always play with him whenever I came back but that specific day I did not. Rex lied on the floor and he felt that he could not do anything but give me a hug. He jumped up on the bed where I was sitting and sat there looking at me.
