妞妞前几天承蒙各位的细心照顾！她现在回到家中，非常健康非常开心！谢谢各位！

妞妞有十分严重的皮肤敏感问题，以前多次在其它地方寄养，每次都会引发皮肤过敏。寄养后通常需要一个月左右的时间治疗，不但她十分痛苦，我和我的先生也非常的心疼。

一个偶然的机会，我们看到了Petopia专门接送狗狗的车子，这次中国农历年我们决定尝试一下让妞妞住在这里。

妞妞入住前，我讲了很多遍她的皮肤敏感问题，还专门写了很长很啰嗦的注意事项，我自己都觉得自己很烦，可Petopia的朋友们全部都非常有耐心的听我一遍遍的重复。妞妞入住后，通过摄像头我看到Petopia的每个人都对她非常友善，和她玩耍，按照我写的注意事项照顾的非常用心。

昨天妞妞回家了，这是寄养这么多次以来，第一次回家后她的皮肤没有敏感，看到健健康康回来的她，我们实在太开心了！
而且以前每次寄养后，妞妞总有几天时间会生我们的气，不理我们。这次回家后竟然没有这种现象！我们猜想，她一定在Petopia玩的十分开心，没有觉得是被我们抛弃了几天。

以后我们再也不用为她的寄养问题发愁了。再次感谢你们！

Hi Everyone at Petopia!

Thanks to all your dedicated care and attention showered on Niu Niu, she is home now, all happy and healthy.

Niu Niu has extremely sensitive skin and without fail her condition flared up on the numerous occasions when she was sent to other pet hotels. The condition she came back with would require more than a month of intensive treatment. Not only had she suffered tremendously during recovery, both me and my hubby are deeply saddened and affected by her ordeal.

We came across the services offered by Petopia by chance when we saw their distinctive vehicle plying the roads. We decided to give their hotel service a try after much discussion as we plan to visit our family back in China.

Before Niu Niu’s check-in, I gave repeated instructions on the various notables when taking care of Niu Niu and a detailed instruction sheet has been prepared for the hotel team. Honestly I felt that not only is it trite, it may have been repeated too many times. The team at Petopia has never shown any signs of frustration but listened and went through the instructions with me intently.

Through their webcams, I am able to monitor how Niu Niu is doing. Not only did everyone shower Niu Niu with so much care and concern, my care-giving instructions were also adhered to rather closely. I can see that Niu Niu has so much fun while staying at Petopia.

When Niu Niu has gotten home, we were overjoyed to see her happy, zealous and full of zest! Most important of all, her skin condition was not triggered at all! We also need to mention that Niu Niu would be angry with me and my hubby whenever she is sent to a pet hotel but not this time! I reckon that she must have had such a good time at Petopia that she is not mad at us for leaving her there…

We no longer have to worry about finding a pet hotel we can wholeheartedly trust and feel safe to leave our Niu Niu with. Thank you once again!
