I remembered that when we arrived, Marcus and Richard took time to interact with my companions, making them feel welcome and excited. The stylists also asked questions about them and what my preference was for grooming them. They listened to my requests and offered their own too. I think they did a wonderful job.

Not only that, Petopia is also one of the cleanest, nice smelling and most well kept pet-related facility I have been to. There is a open-concept salon so that owners can have a complete view of their companions during grooming.
